In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the primary data are collected through questionnaire survey among a group of 150 LRT’s users (respondents) in station Taman Bahagia and only 122 questionnaires were successfully collected. The data collected is analyzed by using Descriptive Analysis and Frequency Analysis to achieve the first objective and, Descriptive Analysis, Likert Scaling and Cross Tabulation Analysis were adopted to achieve the second objective. The result shows that most of the respondents or LRT users are who taking the train are young adult and in low income level. Besides, the majority groups take LRT in station Taman Bahagia are students and worker, which with the purpose of avoid the traffic congestion and as well as to save their time. On the other hand, in the view of respondents perspective in term of problem faced is the security and safety in the station. However, the overall of the problem faced by the respondents is still in low level and under control. While, in measuring the perspective of respondents in term of level satisfaction towards the location, quantity and design of facilities in the station was generally at ordinary level. However, there are some respondents feel unsatisfied towards some facilities provided in the station which are walking pedestrian’s location, ticketing counter’s quantity and parking place’ design. Therefore, in order to raise the standard of the station, the responsibility parties should take some action and implement strategies to improve the unsatisfied facilities and provide a comfortable place to attract more users to use the train snhas UTM 119 p.
