In certified plan, the information that can be retrieved are land parcel’s number, bearing and distance, area, certified plan number and etc. It is difficult to identify the land parcel from the ground by using certified plan. In order to help the owner to locate their land parcel by using certified plan, this study is carried out to test the effectiveness of using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) digital images as the additional information to the land parcel. UAV digital images are overlaid with the land parcel to create visual information to the certified plan. The UAV digital images were taken at the height of about 300 meters above the ground. To determine the accuracy of the information that can be retrieved from UAV images, three types of analysis were carried out. The analysis is point analysis, distance analysis and visual analysis. Root-Mean-Square Errors (RMSE) is used to determine the accuracy. The results of this study show that accuracy of ±0.646m is achieved from the UAV digital image. This demonstrates that UAV digital images are useful for additional information to cadastral land parcels atiff UTM 100 p.
