K decreasing and K increasing test procedure was carried out according to ASTM E647-08 standard (Standard Test Method for Measurement of Fatigue Crack Growth Rates) using Compact Tension, C(T) specimen. Variation of hardness across the C(T) specimen also been examine. From K decreasing and K increasing test, the value of Threshold Stress Intensity Factor, KTH was determined as 12.5MPavm. Vickers’s Hardness value was determined to be 155Hv, 210Hv and 175Hv for base metal, HAZ and weld metal respectively snhas UTM 63 p.
