Hazards are involving various categories including physical, biological, natural disasters, social communicative and so forth. In the organization, hazards are not implanted in risk governance because the organization uses the existing and standard procedure of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) to manage and handle the hazards. Organization does not have any framework or procedures to handle those hazards instead of managed by Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Unit. The absence of the framework or any procedures may result to unaware to the organization that hazards occur and may lead to delay the recovery process. Since there are no hazards framework associated in the organization, a new framework is built to overcome the hazards that occur in the organization as a reference of initial action to the organization. The framework was developed to facilitate the organization and accelerate the process of addressing the hazards atiff UTM 137 p.
