This module that was developed are based on Model Sidek. This model had been used because it have features integrated and comprehensive especially better in explain the measures to build one module academic. To increase thinking skills, developer had used Constructivisme Theory during to develop this module. This theory had used comprehensively in formation part project where it involving consumer to think and acted actively in constructing they own knowledge. Module (MBP) introduced this deemed to be able to spur student's thinking better over to think creatively and innovative. Thinking skills application and practical is the main agenda in learning process of use this module. Apart from that, developer also mould step-by-step approach in every information in MBP so that it have been followed easily by consumer. This approach chosen because it was applied nicely in practical books and proven effective to users especially school students. In process of develop this module, formative assessment was being conducted to evaluate that module effectiveness. Respondent used for evaluation is as many as 14 people with 10 is science student and four of physics teacher had used. This module production hoped could help student to increase the thinking skills to become more creatively and innovative especially in area of science. asyik UTM 80 p.
