Optimization of these roller conveyor systems by analyzing parameter of grease lubrication was studied. 23 Factorial Design in Design of Experiment (DOE) experimenting the grease type, grease quantity and cooling condition was analyzed in actual CCM operation to provide optimum time interval before the lubrication meet its High Temperature Performance Limit (HTPL). The result revealed that selection of grease type and its amount applied will affect the time interval of grease injection to keep the roller conveyor lubricate and continuously in good operation. The study generates recommendation of setting parameter for Auto Lubrication System is 50g of Grease X for every 75 minutes time interval which contribute in minimizing downtime and reducing total manufacturing cost by 0.48% while giving optimum bearing service life, furthermore increase efficiency of casting processing time snhas UTM 81 p.
