Summary:Education field is one of the most important sectors that contribute to the development of society in a country. The rapid progress of the world requires more skilled workers to guarantee the work results and product quality are at the best level. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 requires the new generation to be ready to face various challenges and possibilities in the future. To ensure that the new generation or graduates now need to be prepared in various aspects to meet the needs of the job market. All graduate preparations actually need to be seen and examined from the school bench again to look at the orientation of the student's interests and parts. Therefore, this study was conducted to see the level of preparation of Students with Special Educational Needs (MBPK) from various aspects to enter the Industry. Students with Special Educational Needs (SEDs) are students who have disabilities according to certain categories such as hearing, vision, down syndrome and others. However, they are also a group of students who aspire to become an employee who has a career that suits their interests and abilities. Vocational Special Education Secondary School (SMPKV) is a vocational school that prepares Students with Special Educational Needs (MBPK) according to appropriate skill areas. Many successes have been achieved by students who have proven that they are also among the groups that should be given the opportunity to place themselves in the industry in the future. Teachers are among the most important groups in preparing students in several important aspects, including Knowledge, Practical Skills, Self-Leadership and Ethics. Aspects highlighted in the study include the holistic preparation of students for Industry.
