However, this field still required further research and evidence because of incomplete information to conclude how THR outcomes may vary for children with different cognitive abilities or severity levels of ASD. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to identify the response of the alpha and beta brainwave of ASD kids on Therapeutic Horseback Riding activities and to compare alpha and beta brainwave activities of ASD kids in Phase 1; expose, Phase 2; explore, and Phase 3; execute on Therapeutic Horseback Riding sessions. There are 10 children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder who fulfilled the selection criteria were enrolled in this study. The age range are between 5 to 12 years old. The characteristics we choose are responsive and can understand instructions. The subject was participated in 16 session of 45 minutes THR activities for twice a week. In these activities, all the phase was revised bloom taxonomy which is Phase 1 were focused on level of remembering, Phase 2 covered level of understanding, and Phase 3 were covered level of applying. The data collected are analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The findings reveal the alpha and beta brainwave in THR activities, in Phase 1, session 3 shows the highest alpha and beta brainwave with reading 78.59uV and 75.76uV. In Phase 2, session 6 shows the highest alpha with 85.50uV and beta brainwave with 78.60uV. While in phase 3, session 14 of alpha brainwave with 71.29uV and beta brainwave 69.76uV shows the highest average. For comparison of alpha and beta brainwave, Phase 1 shows session 1 with p=0.32 and 3 with p=0.29 were not a significant difference for average alpha and beta brainwave. In Phase 2, session 5 with p=0.13 shows not a significant difference of average alpha and beta brainwave. While session 12 with p=0.04 was a significant increase of average alpha and beta brainwave. In future this study can be done with comparison normal children and children with ASD. zulraizam UTM 63 p.
