This study will examine the settlement methods that have been implemented by the state government in resolving the issue of encroachment of government land. Next, the researcher will study the implications of the solution method. The implications of the remedial action that has been implemented are studied to identify the best solution method to suggest a solution in areas that have not yet taken any action. This is because limau bali are known as agricultural products in the Kinta district. The issue of government land encroachment needs to be resolved to ensure that the state government does not suffer from land leakage, namely premiums and land taxes. In addition, cases of land encroachment that are becoming more prevalent today need to be taken action because it affects the image of the land administration and the state government itself. For the purpose of data collection, several interview sessions were held with several departments and agencies directly involved with the issue of government land encroachment as well as the department responsible for the development and control of the area. In addition, data were also collected through reference materials related to land encroachment issues. The data received are analysed to achieve the objectives of the study that has been set. Next, proposed the best solution to resolve the issue of government land encroachment for limau bali agricultural activities and proposed several methods of improvement to ensure the issue of land encroachment in perak can be resolved. By the state government, it will be able to help resolve the issue of encroachment on government land and in a period of time the state government will be able to increase revenue through the tourism sector. shafika UTM 135 p.
