At each station is supported by a feeder bus network aimed at facilitating the commute MRT users to cover about 10 kilometres from each station. The purpose of this research is to identify the response and the use of MRT feeder bus as a mode of transport in Bandar Sungai Buloh through user perception. This research uses a non-probability sampling method where the respondents are selected by convenience sampling and the questionnaire as a research instrument. Two hundred one questionnaire was distributed to MRT feeder bus users at Sungai Buloh MRT Station. Respondents were asked about the use of MRT feeder services such as travel destinations, frequency of travel and the factors that influence the choice of buses as a mode of transport. Respondents also were asked about perception on transportation measures in reducing the private vehicle using. The data obtained were analysed using descriptive statistic, specifically, frequency, mode, mean, and cross tabulation using Statistical Package for Science Social (SPSS) software. Based on research findings and data analysis, it can be concluded that the fare factor and the comfort and safety of MRT feeder bus services are the reason why users use this service to their destination. In conclusion, feeder bus are an intergral part of the urban public transport system in which can be integrated with other transportation, cycling and walking. Feeder bus services not only reduce the dependence on private vehicles, but also save on costs, time and facilities provided as well as comfortable and safe.
