The use of electrical equipment such as lamps, fans and air-conditioners can improve the standard of living and living comfort. To ensure that electricity needs are always persistent and at a reasonable price, electricity needs to be used efficiently and wisely. The purpose of this project is to develop a system that can control and monitor the energy usage of electrical equipment such as lamps, fans and air-conditioner automatically by using an Android application in a smartphone. This system uses an Arduino Uno as a microcontroller, used to write and upload computer code to the physical board and temperature sensor which can measure the temperature surrounding the room. NodeMCU also used in this system to connect Blynk server with smartphone and can be concluded that the usage of energy can be reduced to 20-30% after implementing this system. The users will enjoy controlling their electrical equipment even they are far from their home. Finally, by using this system, it can minimize the use of electrical energy and reduce the billing cost of electricity. fahmimoksen UTM 60 p.
