Firstly, to identify w orker’s perception towards individual career development. Secondly, to identify worker's perception towards organizational career development strategies. The elements used are by Zafir and Fazilah (2003). There are 7 elements for individual career development strategies which are job chosen, job implementation, image, position period, career advisor, support leader and continuous skills. There are 5 elements for organizational career development strategies which are human resource planning, training and development, career development workshop, career counseling and job rotation. This study is conducted at Johor Corporation. Johor Bahru. The respondents are 79 from 165 employees. The questionnaires distributed contain 72 question, which 7 questions in Part A, 35 questions in Part B and 30 questions in Part C. The data collected are analyzed by using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 12.0. The Findings of this study indicate the w orker's positive perception towards individual career development strategies while average perception towards organizational career development strategies zulaihi UTM 131 p.
