There are three main objectives for this research, which is about connection between individual career development strategy and organization career development program questionnaire has been used as main instrument for data collection. Data’s obtained from this research was analyzed using quantitative method. An input was analyzed into frequency, percentage, and mean score analysis. Results show the effect of individual career development strategy has dominated the outcome. This proves there are connections between an organization career strategies in the organization. Finally the researcher recommends for organizations have to increase their career programs un use. It is also recommend that organization evaluate each and of the programs on employees in order to measure the benefit obtained from the programs so that both individual employees and organization could achieve the goal and objective set zulaihi UTM 144 p.
