In this research, ACS is implemented on multidimensional systems, namely, a refining process system of palm oil, an electroencephalography (EEG) system and a pressurized water reactor (PWR). The dynamics of these systems are simulated using a developed method called system dynamic variable selection (SDVS). A lemma, a theorem and a corollary are proven which have verified some properties of ACS. These characteristic are used to construct Autocatalytic Set (ACSGA) and Fuzzy Autocatalytic Set (FACSGA) algorithms. The dynamicity of the systems are presented using ACSGA and FACSGA. Finally, the effectiveness of ACSGA and FACSGA are determined by comparing SDVS result with EEG system using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The results for both refining process of palm oil and PWR system are justified with real published data from Malaysian Palm Oil Board and Westinghouse Electric Company’s report fahmimoksen UTM 230 p.
