In recent years various versions of the system of accounting is on the market to meet consumer demand and technology. The Government has decided to use the standard package accounting system, namely Standard Accounting System for Government Agencies in short SAGA. With the package, the financial transactions can be recorded and closed each day. This is to ensure that each agency their accounts and financial reports are always updated at any time required. However there are also many complaints from users of the system with regard to the specifics of the reports generated by the accounting system. Success factors of information systems such as system quality, information quality, service quality and user satisfaction have to be applied to the accounting system for researching the factors that drive the success of the system. Data collected through structured qualitative interviews with a sample size of 5 experts. Feedback collected were analyzed and evaluated to generate a set of guidelines related to the preparation of reports for a module in the accounting system. Results of this study found that the user interface and information is a key element for the success of the accounting system. In this study, improvements have been made to the user interface. Through prototypes, reports generated and the resulting information is to satisfy the needs of users. sof UTM 66 p.
