A total of 23 companies in the agricultural sector are been chosen as the sample for this study from year 2000 to 2009. Therefore the total amount of financial statement for the past ten year from the total of 23 companies were been studied. The method use for investigate the company’s performance is based on the ratio analysis. Besides that to study whether there are a relationship between the agricultural companies with the economic growth, the method being used are the correlation and regression. This study been conclude that, overall the performance of company in agricultural are very good and the performance of company based on Return of Asset (ROA) has a relationship and affect the growth of economies zulaihi UTM 91 p.
