Extraction Transformation Load (ETL) solution is the back-end process of data integration which involves collecting data from various data sources, preparing and transforming the data according to business requirements and loading them into a Data Warehouse. This project integrates the import and export data between MRB and Customs using the ETL solution for Import and Export of Rubber Information System (IERIS). Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) has been used as an ETL tool to implement this project. The visualisation of the processed data by ETL solution is visualized in a dashboard in the form of chart, table, pies and map. The incremental approach together with the ISO/IEC 29110 has been selected as the project methodology and software implementation (SI) process. All the software requirements and software design for this project have been modelled using Unified Modelling Language (UML) and documented in Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and Software Design Document (SDD). sof UTM 144 p.
