Malek Hamdan Abdul Kadir, supervisor Management Also available in printed version The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction among support staff in Johor Bahru Tengah Municipal Council (MPJBT), Johor Bahru, Johor. The objective of this study is to identify the level of practice in organizational culture among support staff, identify level of job satisfaction among support staff and identify the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction among respondents in Johor Bahru Tengah Municipal Council. The sample consisted of 86 support staff employees who have been studied to answer the questionnaire. Total population in this study was 110 person. The data was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20.0. Based on this analysis, the study found a significant relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction among support staff in Johor Bahru Tengah Municipal Council. The overall results of this study found that the level of practice in organizational culture support staff Johor Bahru Tengah Municipal Council is at a high level while the level of practice in job satisfaction was at a high level as well fahmimoksen UTM 108 p.
