Normally, three-dimensional (3D) model is generated using the Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS). The use of UAV is an alternative to user who are not able to obtain TLS due to its high cost. Generated 3D models are generally different for each software used. The aim of this study is to produce a 3D model of the T05 Faculty of Science building using different software. The software used are Pix4d, Agisoft Photoscan and 3D Survey. This study involves data collection in the field using UAV for acquiring aerial photo and global positioning system (GPS) for the establishment of ground control point (GCP) and check point (CP). The GCPs are used for data processing for producing UAV output while CPs are used for accuracy assessment based on Root Mean Square (RMSE) calculation. The work process starts from planning of data acquisition the aerial photographs of nadir view and surrounding T05 building were acquired using DJI Phantom 4 Pro. In this study, the 3D model of T05 building was successfully generated using the three softwares. The level of detail (LOD) obtained in this study are LOD3. From the analysis carried out, Agisoft Photoscan software produces RMSE of �045m and Pix4D is �079m. However, 3Dsurvey is unable to produce RMSE due to its digital elevation model (DEM) is unable to export for analysis assessment. In conclusion, the 3D model of the T05 building can be produced using UAV technology and the accuracy of the model is different according to the software used. zulaihi UTM 71 p.
