The performance of current suspension system never been investigated after designed by the students. The process of this study, firstly taking the measurements from the racing car in design factory, secondly to modeled the suspension system in Solidworks to allocate the coordinate, thirdly create an input deck and then open the input deck in MSC Adams. For the analysis of the current suspension system, the simulation shows the larger displacement occurs in y-direction and the smallest displacement occurs in z-direction. For improvement of the current suspension system, changing the position of the upper arm in different directions to find the trend performance of the suspension system. The consideration will be in changing the axes in the upper arm to find the toe angle, caster angle and camber angle. The movement of the axes will be in x-direction both sides positive and negative, y-direction both sides positive and negative and z-direction both sides positive and negative in order to find the angles and then to find the suitable place that can be for upper arm. The values of toe, caster and camber angles will be varied and the values of toe angle are small. In caster angles the values are too big and difficult to apply in the upper arm for the suspension system but in camber angles the values are suitable for the upper arm in the suspension system. The suitable place for the upper arm will be in x-direction to the right when compare it with other directions zulaihi UTM 80 p.
