The study aim is to rethink the youth academy as a place that joins youth culture and architectural design to make a space that gives recreational exercises and professional opportunities as well as speaks to youngsters' needs. The research target is to make and architectural mediation, through which youngsters can reconnect to their surroundings thus giving the youngsters a genuinely necessary feeling of place and making their own character inside their regularly changing city. Beside that, the objective is to deliver world-class youth facilities followed by the active participation of young Malaysians with their views, thoughts and needs and enhance a space to place with positive activities inside the building that young people will effectively associated with inside in and around the city. Throughout the research, the design of JB Youth Academy to combine youth culture and architectural design approach on bioclimatic architecture. Bioclimatic techniques employed include climatically responsive building orientation and built form configuration, responsive facade design, appropriate building colour and the extensive use of landscaping.
