Graphene becomes a promising new material in various kind of sector due to its excellent electronic properties. Graphene based gas sensor is able to detect a single or individual gas molecule compare to other sensors. This is due to its planar structure which exposed to gas molecules to maximize their sensing effect. The ability of gas molecules absorb on the planar surface is able to give remarkable change in the charge carrier concentration which helps in sensing application. This motivates more researchers study about graphene based gas sensor. In this paper, the performance of graphene based gas sensor in term of its conductance is investigated. Higher carrier concentration which leads to higher conductance in a graphene based sensor is reported. Furthermore, the effect of the adsorption of NH3 molecules on armchair graphene nanoribbons (AGNRs) and gas sensing factor is explored as well fahmimoksen UTM 84 p.
