Providing a good and quality management, where all the works at site can be perform within schedule. With the implementation of the various projects, the rate of housing development construction waste is expected to increase. This will cause proper and planned managements as well as special attention to be given by parties involved in the recycling program of housing development construction waste so that the problem of unattended construction waste will be resolve effectively. Accordingly, the study of recycling construction waste management of housing development was carried out to see how far construction sector, led by developers and contractors in Bera City, practice recycling as a way to address the problem of construction waste in the development of housing construction which cover questionnaire, observation and interview. The information gathered was compiled and analyzed where the types of waste generated from construction activities have been identified. Data analysis was done to obtain the result for the common construction waste at sites and the effective of method used by contractors to reduce the construction waste. In invention studies, method implemented in the management of construction waste is not in favor of recycling factor and several recommendations to improve future of recycling housing development construction waste are given at the end of the study. zulaihi UTM 89 p.
