The main purposed of this study to analyses the factor of financial benefit and work conditions, personal wellbeing, external influence and student perception that affect graduate抯 intention in the accounting profession. It also to assess the impact of industrial training in audit firm towards accounting student. The study has utilized a descriptive research design in order to describe the variables of the study. A survey research approach has been adopted to investigate the factor involved. The target population of this research is the final year accounting student in AHIBS, UTM. Data is being collected by using the questionnaire-based survey as a research instrument. According to the result of this study, it can be used in future reference of industry and educational purpose.
