It plays major role to replace conventional shoplot especially in Hong Kong due to lack of land. Due to significance in annual revenue, more updated and high tech dispenser system is needed to offer more options to the user.Normally, customer has to repeat buying operation for buying multiple products and it’s very time consuming. The new method of dispensing that will be introduced in this project will give another option to the customer to buy multiple same product only in single transaction. This method can savecustomer time thus increase the vending machine operator’s revenue.There are 2 mainpart in this project which are taking order part from personal computer (PC) and also dispensing system. Dispensing system consists of a microcontroller that acts as the main brain that will process each order. The stepper motors willthen rotate and dispensses the product to customer according to order zulaihi UTM 92 p.
