| 总结: | Women rights have always raised public concerns in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and
around the world. This was accompanied by a wide debate among the members of the
society betOween supporters and opponents of woman going out to work which caused
concepts formation of social customs and traditions that allow men to control women.
Thus, the masculine society concept became one of the characteristics of the Saudi
society, which derives its strength from extremism at times and from customs and
traditions -that are contrary to Islamic law - at other times. Having said that, this study
has shed light on a modem and crucial problem in the life of Saudi society. The study
also focused on the right of women to work and the understanding of Saudi society
according to the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030 through an analytical research in the light
of Islamic law. In addition, the study also pointed to the impact of these traditions on
understanding the work of women in Saudi society in line with the vision of the
Kingdom 2030.On the other hand, the study dealt with a set of Sharia rules (legal
rulings), evidence and regulations in the Kingdom. The study discussed the vision of the
Kingdom 203 0 and the extent, to which society accepts it especially the right of women
to work. The study showed the Saudi society's understanding of women's right to work
which is one of the purposes of Islamic law and the society's attempt to get rid of old
concepts, traditions and customs while placing their hopes and aspirations on the vision
of Saudi Arabia 2030 to make a radical shift in Saudi society. The study concluded that
the work of women according to the vision of the Kingdom is not incompatible with
Islamic law.
